That market, homes from 3-7 million, has not altered with the present market for the middle class homes. Those homes were never purchased on sub-prime loans and usually sell for cash.
This market is just as good as any.
However, you do NOT want to deal with a real estate agent. Deal directly with a broker who is also a Realtor. Anyone who is just an agent is not experienced enough to deal with your situation. |
