year, what should I do to help make it successfull? Would you recommend a C-Corp? S-Corp? I need want to be able to provide benefits to 1099 employees if they want to buy them from me as well. The firm will be a broker only firm and charge less than the standard 6% (not going to disclose our rate yet). I have started working on the business plan but am not finished. Anything I can do to help make it successfull?
