I clean mine with a damp cloth and warm water...no chemicals.

Definitely a clean water and damp cloth. Don't use any cleaning agents. The little book that you got inside the bag when you purchased it should have instructions, otherwise I tend to always ask the Louis Vuitton store attendant re care instructions when I purchased the bags.
