Default What would be the best way to sell a luxury...

...watch? I have a rolex sitting in my closet for more than 7 years. It's almost new. I am not in a hurry to sell. But I want to sell it without losing too much value from the purchased price. Should I go to EBAY? or go to a local pawn shop?Where do I get the best money safely?

Because of the influx of dishonest people, eBay is not the place to sell your Rolex. You will not get close to its value & you will get dozens of emails with people trying to scam you out of it. Even after the sale, you are not safe unless you were given cash in hand. Pawn shops will not offer even a third of what its worth, and since you aren't in a rush I suggest you avoid them as well.I suggest going to a jewelry/watch shop and asking if they do consignment. It will take longer, but you'll get closer to its actual value. Best of luck!

I would say Ebay or Craigslist.org; if you go to a pawn shop they definitely will not give you what you paid let alone what it's worth.
