Lexus LS400, hands down. I have owned Mercedes and BMW but Lexus beats them both. Of course, they don't have the cache of the other two.

And, I will say, the BMW has a sportier ride.

I would say hands down it would be the Range Rover Sport, supercharged.

Please, not the Lexus. The ride is too quiet, too serene. Riding around in that thing was like knowing what it's like to be dead.

My choice for speedy motoring is the Infiniti M45 Sport.
For style, right now you can't beat the Mercedes CLS 500.
But for luxury, the Audi A8 is just more car than the rest.

well.. i think that the 2005/2006 acura RL is a very nice safe and well equipped vehicle although it dosent meet your 350hp and 8spd automatic its a great ride!! go take it for a test drive and see for your self.
