How do I find a good start-up technology company

to get in on the ground floor? I stumbled into a start-up company seven years ago and would like to do it again. I don't know how to find them or who to talk to. My expertise is software and being very resourceful.

Start reading up and following news on funding. Check out some of the sites that track startup companies, for example the San Jose Mercury News (Bay Area), socalTECH.com (Southern California), VentureWire.
