Default need help with an apple ipod?

Bought an Ipod+Tunes(30GB 7500 songs PC+Mac) for granddaughter, but it says to plug in to charge to the computer, which plug, feel stupid, where is a USB Port on the computer?

If your PC is relatively new (0-3 years old) there should be anywhere from 4-6 USB ports on the back of the PC. There may also be one or two USB ports on the front of the PC, either exposed or under a flipout panel. If this is a laptop, the USB ports may be on either side of the laptop, or on the back -- with a laptop, there are typically 1-2 USB ports.

The back or the front. There should be a symbol to guide you through!

If you look at the link below, it shows you the USB symbol that is used to label the USB port on your computer (scroll down a few screenfuls). Don't worry about the rest of the instructions -- it's for a Kodak camera.
