be a CEO at one of our major corporations? The Presidency requires the best and the brightest in government. It seems that our country has developed a sense that standards for this office don't exist. All you have to be is a white christian male over 35 and you are eligible. You don't need to be honest, have experience in any of the details of what the job requires, or have a resume of previous experience that shows excellence. The Republican Party should be ashamed for even thinking of placing his name up for nomination for the presidency. We all know he doesn't do the thinking on policy. If he doesn't read the newspapers, he certainly can't read Presidential Briefing Memos warning of an attack by Bin Laden. One should know something about the world outside of the United States to win this office and have some positive experience in government.

No. The man is no more evolved intellectually than a chimpanzee. I generally have nothing against people who are not overly bright, but if you are in a position commanding respect, holding power and being the primary representative of your country, you need to be able to at least stand and speak coherently at the same time. Bush Jr. got elected because he is a devote Christian and a lot of people are REALLY gullible! I spoke to one poor woman in Texas who said she doesn’t approve of anything he has done, but thinks EVENTUALLY he will do the right thing because he is a good Christian man. That was priceless! Yah, he never does anything right, but keep giving him a chance to screw it up and he is bound to do something correctly! LMAO!
