When Shrek drinks the potion and lets out a big ball of gas. Donkey replies. Shrek I think you drank the farty ever after potion.That's a winner.

All the ones you guys already said were funny. But I think the funniest one was when donkey (favorite character) drank the potion and says "Do I look any different?" and then Puss In Boots says "You still look like an ass to me!" Best line, for sure!
