Default How is your Local Real Estate Market Doing?
Just wanted to get some perspective of how your local real estate market is doing from different real people here.

I live in southern Florida and prices have dropped a good amount from a year or two ago. If you are looking to buy a home here, now would be a good time.

I live in New York city and from what I can tell there hasn't been much of a big change in prices.
