The elite have an ego which needs to be pampered & the elite need to feel distinctly different in comparison with a commoner.

keeping in mind these facts a good way to pamper an elite is to make him feel that he is being invited amongst a chosen few to be a part of this project.

you also should offer personalised services to the owners which apart from being convenient also pamper the ego.

and realy piss people off who think, perhaps, they live on this planet too - but are obvoiusly don't understand that by "elite" we mean those who will swallow all the hype from marketing & sales people who can only understand profit in terms of their pay bonuses - and who have probably never been challenged to think for themselves.
