Default How do you bring more guests to a 4 star (AAA 3

diamond) luxury hotel? (Imaginary project) The hotel is a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright-style mansion. Its ten luxury rooms will sleep up to 26 guests in quiet comfort, and each has a private balcony and large, modern bathroom with built-in tub. All rooms have free Wi-Fi Internet service and we have secure, off-street parking. Continental breakfast included. Our pool is big enough for diving, laps or scuba lessons, and our palm-studded back yard is the center of local activity. Any genious idea to bring guests? In La Paz, Baja California Sur, México.

Bring travel agents in and then they will talk about your resort to their clients Get listed with all the travel search engines (expedia, travelocity, hotels.com, orbitz, sidestep, yahoo travel, etc)Possibly make breakfast an upscale continental breakfastConsider making it 'adult only'Hire an activity person (scuba lessons, sailing lessons, snorkeling adventures, volleyball lessons)Include a bottle of wine or champagne upon check-inOffer a free shuttle into townLandscape to take advantage of beautiful views and block as little of the view as possible.
